Artista ed architetto albese, quest’anno ha realizzato il drappo del “Palio degli Asini di Alba 2025” ORO D’ALBA, passando la sua linea sul bronzo commemorativo situato all’ingresso del Comune, della medaglia d’Oro al Valor Militare riconosciuta alla Città di Alba per la liberazione ottenuta dal regime nazifascista (come visibile nel video presente alla mostra). Per l’inaugurazione della mostra personale nel Coro della Maddalena il 4 ottobre ha realizzato la linea THE TIME IDENTITY OF MADDALENA sulla facciata della chiesa che resterà appesa fino all’8 dicembre. Il 25 ottobre ha realizzato la sua linea sulla Torre Sineo.
Enzo Mastrangelo, artist and architect from Alba, this year he created the banner for the “Palio degli Asini di Alba 2025,” titled Oro d’Alba, tracing his signature line over the commemorative bronze plaque located in the town hall’s entrance — the plaque honoring the City of Alba with the Gold Medal of Military Valor for its liberation from the Nazi-Fascist regime (how possible to see in the video in the hall). For the inauguration of his solo exhibition in the Coro della Maddalena on October 4, he traced a line across the church façade THE TIME IDENTITY OF MADDALENA, which will remain on display until December 8. On October 25, he did the Torre Sineo.

Nel 2014 in occasione del 50ennale dalla scomparsa di Pinot Gallizio con i patrocini di: contemporaryArt, Regione Piemonte, Città di Alba, Ente Fiera, organizza Gallizio 50. Il ciclo di 50 linee passate sul quadro “Entrelac del Cigno” di P. Gallizio del 1961, successivamente esposte per le vie di Alba “in disposizione inutile nell’aria”.

In 2014, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Pinot Gallizio’s passing, with the patronage of ContemporaryArt, the Piedmont Region, the City of Alba, and the Fiera Committee, he organized Gallizio 50: a cycle of 50 lines traced over P. Gallizio’s 1961 painting Entrelac del Cigno, later exhibited along the streets of Alba “in useless arrangement in the air.”.

Nel 2012, Enzo realizza una serie di otto tele, eseguite alla Reggia di Venaria, nella Galleria di Diana nel Salone di Diana e nella Chiesa di Sant’Uberto. Nasce il ciclo Barocco Reale esposto in Australia all’Istituto di Cultura Italiano di Melbourne lo stesso anno.
In 2012, Enzo created a series of eight canvases executed at the Reggia di Venaria, in the Gallery of Diana, the Hall of Diana, and the Church of St. Hubert. Thus was born the Barocco Reale cycle, exhibited that same year in Australia at the Italian Cultural Institute in Melbourne.

The Time Identity of MOLE

Il 2 Novembre 2011 Mastrangelo realizza la performance The Time Identity of Mole che lo vede tracciare il ritratto della cupola antonelliana, come evento inaugurale della Kermesse artistica torinese a cura della Regione Piemonte, Città di Torino, Il Museo Internazionale del Cinema e ContemporaryArt Torino- Piemonte. Enzo si deve calare con le corde per 36 metri uscendo da 85 e rientrando a 45.
On November 2, 2011, Mastrangelo presented the performance The Time Identity of Mole, in which he traced the portrait of the Mole Antonelliana’s dome as the opening event of the Turin art festival curated by the Piedmont Region, the City of Turin, the National Museum of Cinema, and ContemporaryArt Torino–Piemonte.
Enzo had to descend 36 meters on ropes, exiting at 85 and re-entering at 45.

Nel 2013 è chiamato a realizzare “Spregiudicati per il lichene” otto linee realizzate presso il museo civico F. Eusebio di Alba e su elementi architettonici della Città di Alba per contribuire e sensibilizzare alla raccolta fondi per salvare il Lichene Spregiudicato di P. Gallizio.
In 2013, he was invited to create “Spregiudicati per il Lichene” (“Unconventional for the Lichen”), eight lines executed at the F. Eusebio Civic Museum of Alba and on architectural elements throughout the city, to support and raise awareness for the fundraising campaign to save P. Gallizio’s “Il Lichene Spregiudicato”

Trittico della Macchina per Scrivere di Beppe Fenoglio
Nel 2015 la “Maratona Fenogliana” apre il sipario del Teatro Sociale di Alba mentre Enzo traccia PENOSI RIFACIMENTI, l’opera ottenuta passando la linea sull’unica macchina per scrivere posseduta da Beppe Fenoglio, gentilmente concessa dalla figlia, Margherita Fenoglio.
In 2015, the “Fenoglian Marathon” raised the curtain of the Teatro Sociale in Alba, while Enzo traced PENOSI RIFACIMENTI (Painful Reworkings), a work created by drawing a line over the only typewriter ever owned by Beppe Fenoglio, kindly loaned by his daughter, Margherita Fenoglio.
